  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above 7999 amount.

  • For other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping options may be added in the future.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your shipment using the tracking ID provided.

  • Our customer support team is always available to help you with tracking updates.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

  • In case of lost or undelivered packages, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please report it within 4 hours with clear Photos & Video of the packaging and product.

  • We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund based on the situation.
