Return & Refund Policy – RefurbMart
At RefurbMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every product you purchase from us is backed by a fair and transparent return policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice included.
Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, functional issues, or incorrect products delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
Minor cosmetic wear (such as small scratches) that does not affect performance is not considered a defect.
Software, licenses, or digital products are non-refundable.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
In case of exchange, a replacement product will be shipped after approval.
4. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or wrongly delivered product, RefurbMart will cover the shipping charges.
If the return is initiated for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our support team will guide you through the return/exchange process.
6. Warranty Claims
Most of our refurbished products come with a limited warranty. For warranty-related issues beyond the return window, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
