At RefurbMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that every product you purchase from us is backed by a fair and transparent return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

      • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

      • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and invoice included.

      • Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects, functional issues, or incorrect products delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

      • Products damaged due to mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.

      • Minor cosmetic wear (such as small scratches) that does not affect performance is not considered a defect.

      • Software, licenses, or digital products are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

      • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

      • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

      • In case of exchange, a replacement product will be shipped after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

      • If the return is due to a defective or wrongly delivered product, RefurbMart will cover the shipping charges.

      • If the return is initiated for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

      • Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving your order.

      • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

      • Our support team will guide you through the return/exchange process.

6. Warranty Claims

Most of our refurbished products come with a limited warranty. For warranty-related issues beyond the return window, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
