1. Cancellation Policy
Pre Dispatch Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no additional cost (excluding any applicable payment gateway charges) if the product has not been shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
b. Post-Dispatch Cancellation
If the order is cancelled after dispatch, a deduction will be made for two-way shipping charges and any gateway fees before processing the refund.
2. Return & Warranty Policy
You are eligible for a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from its listing.
- Missing components or accessories.
2.2 Warranty Coverage (Post 14 Days)
Warranty coverage varies by product category and is based on the warranty plan purchased at checkout.

Service Timelines
Repairs may take up to 30 days, considering technician visits, pickups, delivery, and repairs. If unresolved within this period, RefurbMart may offer a refund or replacement, subject to 1% per month depreciation.
2.3 Return Conditions
For a successful return:
- Return the item in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and tags.
- No physical damage caused by the customer.
- Erase all personal data from the device.
- Buyer remorse (wrong model/color ordered) may be accepted with applicable deductions.
- Ensure secure packaging for return transit. Damages due to improper packaging are the customer's responsibility.
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team via the Contact Us page.
- Do not send items without prior return approval.
- A technician may be scheduled to verify the condition of the product.
- If QC is passed and return is approved, deductions will be applied.
- Replacement, if approved, will be shipped within 24–48 hours after the original item is received.
2.5 Non-Returnable Items
Items not eligible for return include:
- Products not in original condition or packaging.
- Items damaged by customer misuse (except replaceable parts like keyboards/back panels).
- Customised or personalised items.
3. Refund Process
Return to Origin (RTO)
If the product is not delivered and returned:
- Refund initiated within 24 hours of warehouse receipt.
- Refund processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus courier charges.
- For COD orders not accepted by the customer, the initial payment is non-refundable.
Delivered & Returned Items
- Refunds are processed after a 24 hour inspection.
- Refund issued to the original payment source. For COD, customer must share bank details.

If Defective:
- Full refund, minus depreciation for months used.
If Not Defective or Due to Buyer’s Preference:
- Restocking fee: Minimum 10% or 3% per month (whichever is higher).
4. Policy Changes
Refurb Mart reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon being posted on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
5. Company Rights
Refurb Mart reserves the right to:
- Reject returns not meeting eligibility criteria.
- Limit returns for customers with a history of excessive returns.
- Determine refund, return, or replacement eligibility at its sole discretion.
