These Terms and Policies shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India, subject to arbitration.

17. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration venue shall be Mumbai.

For international disputes, the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act will apply with Mumbai as the seat of arbitration.

18. Sever-ability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect, with the invalid provision replaced by a valid one reflecting the original intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Site and supersede all prior communications.

Our failure to act on a breach by you does not waive our right to act on similar or subsequent breaches.

20. General

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of such updates. You acknowledge that we are required to notify you of these Terms at least annually.
